It's that time of year again, annual dues are due by March 5th. Paying your dues gives you access to our amenities, like the boat ramp and playground. If dues are not paid on or before the due date a 10% interest will be charged to your account. If you are unable to pay, please contact us to work out a payment plan. YOU ARE NOW ABLE TO PAY ONLINE IN THE FAQS ICON ABOVE. BE SURE TO ADD THE $10 FEE

The four individuals listed on the lawsuit have been dismissed. The other items on the lawsuit have NOT been dismissed. This court date is set for APRIL 15, 2025.This date is subject to change. TO BE OPEN AND TRANSPARENT, THE POA HAS SPENT $18,000 ON LAWSUITS BY THESE SAME INDIVIDUALS.

Listed below are some items that volunteers can do to keep our community clean. We rely on our volunteers to help organize events, maintain our community spaces, and serve on our board of directors. Volunteering is a great way to get involved and make a positive impact in our neighborhood.
1) Pick up trash from Hwy 315 to the boat ramp.
2) Help put up chain-link fence screening at the community pool.
3) Remove the chain-link fence at the entrance. This was voted on previously. Please contact the board if interested in this big project.
4) Anything else that you see needs to be done on POA property.
