All were unanimously approved. The Treasurer report was given by Pam Bailey, stating that the current bank balance was $5,131.75. Presidents report by Ainsley Tucker, paving on Pine Cone Lane on January 23, cost was $8,940.00. A new culvert was put in January 24, at the west end of Fox Lane. This was by Kyles Excavation at a cost of $3,500.00. Updated Management Certificate and updated Secretary of State form has been done. Animal control report was that President has spoken with animal control officer and he will be writing citations to anyone who has dogs loose and not contained on their own property. He will work with us to get the stray dogs removed. She suggested that you call and report any stray dogs. Next was that we have a volunteer that will be looking into Grants for our subdivision. Then she mentioned that we need volunteers to help with large and small projects. She has school volunteers that need volunteer hours and they will be helping to clean up. Vickie Frizzell reported that Republic Trash service is affiliated with the City of Chandler and for $23.05 added to your water bill, they will provide a receptacle and add that amount to your water bill. The pick up days are Tuesday and Friday. The board would like to encourage everyone to use this service so there wouldn’t be so many large garbage trucks driving on our roads. If you have large items, mattresses or furniture, they will come pick that up but you must call ahead and you must have Republic as your garbage service. Bids were looked into for the cost of a 30 yard roll off dumpster for our next clean up day. The best price was Republic at a cost of $690.62, for the week. Also, the City of Chandler has a clean up day, no date has been set yet, but if you need to take large items to Winchester Park, you must show your water bill with trash service paid for on that bill, and you can use those large dumpsters. We will put the date on the website as soon as it is released. And, there is a community member who will haul off metal items, washers, dryers and other large metal items. If you need this service, please call the POA phone and we will let you know who to contact. Lastly the President mentioned that the lawsuit with Raul and Tracy DeLaGarza and Tony and Kandas Tucker, has been set for April 15, 2025. Spring clean up day was set for Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 8:30. Ainsley made a motion and Melissa second this date with all in favor. The dumpster will be at the boat ramp at this time. There can be no tires or appliances put in this dumpster. Please put this date on your calendar. Meeting adjourned at 3:24. Respectfully submitted, Melissa Klingman, Secretary
